This is a smaller community with 40 homes built in 1977. Located in the Huntington Harbour area. If you have young children Harbour view elementary school is across the street.

Harbour point offers spacious family room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings, dining area, kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space, master suite with vaulted ceiling.

The first is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath floor plan with approximately 1250-1550 square feet. 

Some units are tri-level and all units have an attached two car garage on the first level. The living and entertaining areas on the second level and the bedrooms on the third level. The end units have larger yards while the three story units enjoy a nice view from the bedroom patio. 


Features include an open concept living/dining room with gas electric start fireplace, spacious kitchen which leads directly to an interior laundry room

Some units have a dual master bedroom design. 

They also have a 3 bedroom with two baths upstairs and one 1/2 bath downstairs. 

The master has a very nice walk-in closet while the other features a private balcony on some 2 bedroom models. 

This feature makes this a perfect option for college roommates. Complex is very secluded off main street wand walking distance to seacliff shopping center or 5 points plaza. Huntington Beach high school is right down the street and so is the Huntington Beach Police Station.  

Parking can be tricky, some units do have their own driveway where you could potentially get 2 cars in the garage and two in the driveway.

Holly street townhomes do not have a pool or spa.

There is a nice community covered patio area for chatting with local neighbors.
